Medstoch is a multi-platform B2B application built to simplify pharmaceutical procurement by enabling retailers to order from multiple stockists, discover deals, and manage logistics—while operating within a highly regulated and data-sensitive environment.
The Context
Pharmaceutical retailers often operate with fragmented supplier networks, limited visibility into pricing and availability, and operational inefficiencies driven by manual processes. Medstoch aimed to centralize ordering, deal discovery, and fulfillment into a single digital platform—while supporting small basket sizes, high SKU volumes, and multiple business roles.
The challenge was compounded by the need to handle hundreds of thousands of SKUs, complex combinations across stockists, ERP integrations, and strict requirements around data security and privacy.
